1. How do I take care of the jewellery?
Diamonds (simulated or otherwise) get smudged, soiled and dusty.  Hand and body lotions, powder, soaps and even the natural skin oils put film on the stones and cut down their brilliance.  Keep your diamonds sparkling with a mild detergent bath.  Any mild liquid detergents that you use in the home will be fine.  Brush the pieces with a toothbrush while in the suds, not fogetting the inside of rings and all around the stone settings.  Rinse the pieces in warm water then pat dry with a lintless cloth.

Pearls being made of organic material rather than rock are much softer and more delicate than diamond simulants or semi precious stones like topaz.  It's a good idea, for example, to apply hairspray, perfume, and other cosmetics before putting on your pearls.  After wearing your pearls, wipe them with a soft damp cloth to remove any traces of cosmetic products or body oils.  Wash the pearls periodically with a mild soap and a soft cloth to remove any accumulated build up.  Because of their delicacy, pearls should be stored separately, away from hard jewellery items to prevents scratches or other damage.  If possible, store them in a soft cloth or in their original Jennifer Wade Jewellery pouch.

2. How can I pay?
We accept Credit Card payments over the phone, or you can send us a cheque through the post.
For postage and packing, please add £4.50 for the first item in each order, plus £2.00 for each additional item (in the same order).

3. What is your minimum/ maximum order?

4. Do you charge me for making purchases on my credit or debit card?
Yes. This is standard practice amongst online retailers. 

5. What is your privacy policy regarding members of your mailing list?
Jennifer Wade takes online privacy very seriously, the security and protection of our customers personal information is our top priority. Your email address, phone number or address will never be given or sold to anyone else. If you wish to unsubscribe from the mailing list at anytime - just email us at jwj@jenniferwadejewellery.com with "unsubscribe" in the subject line, and we will do so immediately.

6. How long does it take to ship / send out orders?
It takes us usually 3 working days or less from receiving an online order to shipping it out. If items are not immediately available we will notify you by email with an estimate of the waiting period

7. Do the necklaces & pendants include the chains? 
Yes.  The pendants include the chains, all 16inches, except for the three adjustable ones:
The Art Deco Sira, The Anastasia and the Misha. Look out for New Collections coming soon.
